Healing is a bit different in Assassin’s Creed Mirage compared to some of the previous games in the franchise. HP does not regenerate over time, so you will need to heal yourself. Since the game encourages players to parry, you will get hit until you have perfected your parry timing. In this AC Mirage guide, I go over how you can heal and restore your health.
How To Heal In Assassin’s Creed Mirage
You can heal yourself in Assassin’s Creed Mirage by eating food or using Elixirs.
Food can be found in pots scattered across the map, and you can even find food in bushes in the form of fruit. Fruit is random, so it is not really a reliable source of healing. But you can use these if you are outside of combat. Each food item you consume will regenerate a small portion of your total health. You can eat food by getting close to food containers or berries and then pressing the button prompted on the screen.
During combat, you will need a quick and effective source of healing, and that is where Elixirs come in. These are powerful potions that you can loot off enemies, find in chests, and buy from vendors. Using an Elixir will fill up your health to the max. By default, you can carry two Elixirs, but you can increase the carrying capacity by getting the Elixir Pocket Skill in the Trickster Skill Tree. You can use an Elixir by pressing down on the D-pad or H on the keyboard. You will need to have one in order to use it.
