Exclusive to Saga Anderson, the Crossbow has many unique capabilities such as high damage, incredible range, and the ability to retrieve bolts from defeated enemies. Alan Wake 2 Crossbow
Before we begin, it is important to note that Crossbow is exclusive to Saga Anderson — Alan cannot wield it.
In order to get your hands on the Crossbow, you will need to progress through the campaign until Rebirth 3 — Local Girl. You essentially need to head over to Watery, past a hill where you will come across a Taken hurling axes in your direction. This is where you will come across a safehouse with a Cult Stash located nearby. Once you have found it, you simply need to input 527 as the code to open it.
Similar to other weapons in Alan Wake 2, you can upgrade the Crossbow to further increase its effectiveness. You will need to find Manuscript Fragments to do that. Some of the upgrades include increased damage, faster reload speed, and even the ability to fire incendiary bolts.
