Mana

Mana is the magical currency that is used for casting spells and summoning units. You can earn mana by annexing mana nodes, building certain conduits, building certain structures, and pickups.

World Map Casting Points

World map casting points determine how many spells you can cast during your turn. If a spell requires more points than you have, it will be cast over multiple turns rather than locking you out entirely.

Knowledge

Simply put, knowledge is your research speed. You can gain knowledge by building research posts in provinces, building certain city structures, and collecting pickups.

Imperium

Imperium is used for a large number of things, such as setting up new cities, rushing population growth, and diplomacy. You can earn it through income from cities. You can also earn Imperium by developing wizard towers in your throne city and annexing ancient wonders.

Whispering Stones

Whispering Stones are used to negotiate with free cities. Free cities are factions that are not controlled by the players. They can also be used in your own cities to increase stability but you should save them for diplomacy since you only get a few of them.

Food

Food depends on how much food you produce and how much your population consumes. You will need to balance this to keep your people from starving. The more food you have, the faster your population increases. You can get food by building Farms and Forester provinces, annexing Pasture nodes, building specific city structures and pickups.

Production

Production is the resource that allows you to create city structures. This will help you build up your city faster. You can get production from building Foresters and Quarries, You can also get production by building specific City Structures that boost production and annexing Iron Deposits. You can also get them from overworld pickups.

Draft

Draft is the resource that determines how quickly you can train units. It takes several turns to train units, especially higher-tier ones. You can get Draft by building certain City Structures, so farming it is not easy.

Cities

This shows the number of cities that you can have without getting penalized economically. There are ways that you can include the city limit in empire development.
