To get the Zanj Uprising sword in Assassin’s Creed Mirage, you need to complete the prologue of the game and progress the game to the point where you return to Baghdad. The mission is called Baghdad Bound, and you will be tasked to locate the Bureau.
During the mission, you will come across the metal factory (Harbiyah). The game prompts you of discovering the location when you come across it for the first time. It is also restricted, meaning that guards will attack you if they detect you.
The Zanj Uprising is on the top floor, but the door to the entrance is barred. You can head to the opposite end of the building room and then use the window to throw a knife to unbar the door and get inside. Once inside, simply loot the big golden chest to get the Zanj Uprising sword in Assassin’s Creed Mirage.
Stats And Modifiers
Zanj encourages you to perfect dodge. After a perfect dodge, the next attack deals +50% damage. This can be a lot, considering it already does more damage than your default weapon. It does have lower defense damage.

Upgrade materials can be obtained by opening chests that are scattered across the world. You can also earn these by completing different activities in the game.

The Zanj Uprising sword upgrade schematic in Assassin’s Creed Mirage can be found during the mission “Jailbreak” during which you need to infiltrate the prison to get Ali out. You will find the Zanj Uprising sword upgrade schematic in a chest under the bridge of the main entrance to the prison.
The door is barred, so you will need to heat to the opposite end and use a throwing knife. Throw it through the opening to unbar the door and gain access to the chest inside.
