As you progress through Assassin’s Creed Mirage, you will unlock upgrades and discover schematics that you can use to upgrade your weapons and gear. You will need upgrade materials to improve and upgrade tools, weapons, and armor. In this AC Mirage guide, I cover how you can get upgrade materials.
How To Get Upgrade Materials In AC Mirage
Upgrade materials can be acquired in multiple ways in Assassin’s Creed Mirage, including:
- Exploring the world
- Opening chests
- Completing activities
Chests are scattered across the map, and you can find them pretty much everywhere you can. You can use your eagle vision to look for them. They are highlighted in a golden color. Once you have located one, you can just head on up and open it to gain resources and upgrade materials.
Note that you cannot upgrade everything in the game simply by using upgrade materials. Armor and weapons require specific upgrade schematics. These can also be found inside loot chests. Once you have these, you can head over the the blacksmith or Taylor to upgrade your weapon or armor, respectively. Some upgrades, such as your tools, for example, require you to progress the story to unlock.
