3 Ways to Heal in Morbid Metal

Morbid Metal has no automatic health regeneration so during each run if you don’t know every way to heal, you’ll struggle to complete your runs. All shapeshifting characters share a single health bar, so staying alive relies on finding heals, using defensive mechanics, and smart resource management.

Developers have deliberately kept healing scarce but there still 3 different ways to heal in Morbid Metal. Here are all three ways to heal in Morbid Metal.

How to Restore Health in Morbid Metal

Without the healing of your character, you will easily die while facing enemy swarms. Multiple methods of healing come to your rescue. Different healing methods in Morbid Metal include:

#1: Buy Healing or Drink Corpora Herbal Tea

One of the easiest and most reliable methods to heal in Morbid Metal is through the Emporium Shop. These Emporium shops are located at the centre of Void Rift during the runs.

To heal, just enter the shop and buy the heal directly from there. You can also drink Corpora Herbal Tea as a bonus that will restore your health automatically. Drinking Corpora Herbal Tea (available in the shop) restores a portion of your max life when you enter.

#2: Healing Nodes

Healing nodes are random healing points that are scattered randomly during the iterations. This makes them a less reliable source of healing because you actually don’t know where they are.

But still, they heal a big chunk of your health when found. Mostly, these healing nodes appear off the main path or as part of any side mission, so don’t miss anything; try to explore more.

#3: Vitality Fabricators

Lastly, there is Vitality Fabricators that will offer healing in exchange for some Nano chips. The reason I have mentioned it at the end of the healing choice is that these don’t appear frequently.

To get maximum healing from these fabricators, invest some in the Run Fabricator Unlock from the Void Nexus. Once unlocked, you can upgrade them to their full capacity and be a gamechanger for you during the long runs in Morbid Metal.

Routine-Based Healing & Shields (Defensive Build Options)

Once you clear rooms/flights, you will have to choose Routines that are temporary upgrades for your current run. Some Routines get you Shields and Barriers at the start of a fight or when your character uses a special skill. With these you get extra temporary HP. Other Routines like Life Siphon can actually provide healing. However, it heals a small percentage of damage you deal or on-kill effects.

Respawnfirst is a new and excited journey for me. As a Physics major I spent most of my time understanding how the real world works but Respawnfirst has given me the opportunity to start exploring how the digital world of video games work. When I’m not here, you’ll find me talking trash in Marvel Rivals.
